Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/ Legal Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from clients and potential clients
- Maintain and organize legal files, documents, and correspondence
- Prepare and proofread documents
- Manage document management systems and databases
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of case information
- Assist with scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings
- Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and other parties
Skills:
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files
- Attention to detail for proofreading and editing
- Accurate data entry skills to maintain case information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
