glucose checks, as ordered, and reports and documents resident response * Accurately transcribes physician's orders * Completes monthly summaries as scheduled * Review the care plan with NAs on monthly summary days and update the care plan to reflect the resident’s current condition.
* Notifies the RN Supervisor immediately of a significant change in the resident’s condition * Reports and records changes in resident condition to the RN Supervisor * Communicates resident transfers to immediate family and via email to department heads * Completes transfer form for all transfers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.
