Under the direction of the RN Supervisor, the *LPN Wing Supervisor* carries out the medical plan of care and oversees the Nursing Assistants' care of residents and High School Students to insure that resident care is carried out in accordance with good nursing practice and applicable State and Federal regulations.

The Lutheran Home at Kane is a CCRC (Continuum of Care Retirement Community).
We provide a wide range of services for the elderly to assist with the aging process.
We can provide independent living in our cottages, assisted living in our personal care facility, and skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation or long-term stays in our nursing home.
Transitioning from one level of care to another is very easy since all of these facilities are located at our 100 High Point Drive location.
LHK’s facilities include a 90-bed skilled nursing home, a 33-bed personal care facility and six independent-living cottages, located on a 25-acre forested plot of land in rural McKean County, surrounded by the Allegheny National Forest.
