Job Summary
The Dave Warren Auto Group is building State-of-the-art facilities and looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our team in Jamestown and Westfield, New York.
The Service Technicians are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of vehicles.
This position works as an individual contributor and requires knowledge of and experience with various makes and models of automobiles, light-duty trucks, and other related service activities.
New bays house two techs per bay and facilities are AC / climate controlled for an optimum working environment.

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs to optimize vehicle performance
Diagnose and resolve vehicle malfunctions using the most current technologies
Perform general service tasks such as lube, oil, and filter changes, alignments and tire rotations
Inspection of vehicle systems and components for proper operation
Ability to work on special projects as assigned
Advise customers on work needed and provide estimates prior to performing any services
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in automotive repair preferred
Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and vehicle components
Valid driver’s license
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and technical information
Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
