Clean and repair or get repaired, molds for poly production, keep molds organized in their location on rack shelves.
Maintain computer inventory files.
Ensures adherence to safety policy and compliance to safety procedures for all work cell activities and personnel.
Reports unsafe and/or potentially dangerous situations to Supervisory personnel.
Read and sign operation procedure of mold blaster.
Clean filters of blaster once a week by wearing dust Mask/white suit.
Forklift inspections.
Lifting technique.
Control of combustible materials in walk-in ovens, i.
e.
Pallets and cardboard
Recognize all mold defects.
Works with mold blaster and does mold blaster PM with mold maintenance personnel.
Maintains computer files for mold location and mold quantities.
This position requires physical stamina, as it involves standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
