*Job Overview: This position will be required to provide individualized and client centered Drug and Alcohol treatment with an emphasis on recovery and trauma informed care.

*Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (No more than 10 items)*
* Will be required to act as a Drug and Alcohol Therapist in the outpatient clinic and will participate in any other therapeutic and agency activities assigned by the Facility Director.
* Responsible for completing evaluations; providing individual, family, group therapist and parent counseling/training.
* Responsible for documenting all clinical sessions and completion of various forms related to work assignments; including but not limited to intake evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries in a comprehensive and timely manner.
* Responsible for attending staff meetings and required supervision meetings.
* Responsible for providing consultation and education expertise to community agencies and schools.
* Administer psychometric tests, as appropriate.
* Responsible for evaluating emergency crisis cases for Crisis Intervention when necessary.
* Responsible for related work activities necessary for efficient functioning of the center and subsequently the program.
* Travel to satellite offices and provide services at satellite offices as necessary.
* Adhere to applicable laws, regulation, and agency policies.
*Education and Experience:*
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
* Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling which includes a practicum at a health and human service agency.
Practicum or work experience in a drug and alcohol treatment setting is preferred.
* Must hold a clinical license or be eligible for licensure.
