Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office setting and possess strong communication skills.
As the first point of contact for our patients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities: - Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member - Schedule patient appointments using Eaglesoft Dental software or similar scheduling software - Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information - Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered Requirements: - Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is preferred/required - Familiarity with dental terminology and office procedures - Proficient in using Eaglesoft dental software or similar practice management software - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude We also offer a multitude of benefits to our employees.
