Nurse Supervisor RN

*Role Description* This is a full-time, on-site role for an overnight Nurse Supervisor (RN).
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the patient care activities and providing daily guidance and supervision to the nursing staff.
The Nurse Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and serving as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and staff.
*Qualifications* * Nursing Management and Leadership skills * Knowledge of Medicine, Nursing, and critical care medicine * Patient Care skills * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Ability to work well in a team environment * Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology * Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred * Certification in Nursing Management or other relevant certification is a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40.
