Registered Nurse or LPN

Job description We are looking for a part time registered nurse or LPN with a valid Pennsylvania nursing license to work two days a week (Wednesday and Thursday) during surgery in our fast paced Post-Anesthesia Care Unit.
We are an ophthalmology practice that specializes in cataract, gluacoma, and eyelid surgery.
Hours are approximately 8 am - 4:30 pm, can be flexible.
*Responsibilities* * Providing surgical care for patients before, during and after surgery * Provides patient education * May assist the physician and circulating the operating suites * Delivers care with appropriate age and cultural competence to specific patient populations according to individualized needs * Maintains confidentiality in matters related to patient, family and client facility staff.
* Provides care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the patient’s and family’s diversity, preserving their autonomy, dignity and rights.
* Must have a COVID vaccine, COVID boosters not required Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.
00-35.
