What hours are requirements for full-time status and client caseload? For full-time clinicians, we expect 28 billable hours in a week.
As for caseload requirements, we allow employees to cap the limit at individual capacity (aka, you choose!).
We find this prevents burnout and allows for the clinician to gain control over a work-life balance.
What will my hours look like? We allow clinicians to set their own hours.
As long as you are rendering 28 billable hours per week, your schedule can be as flexible as your life permits.
This means no more taking paid-time-off when you have a doctors appointment.
Or if your childs school closes unexpectedly.
Youre able to flex your time to plan ahead for when you can and pivot for when you cant.

com/why-paragon How is this position compensated? We pay clinicians 60% of what is collected (self-pay fees) or expected to be collected from insurance companies.
We share our insurance rates with you and pay you on a bi-weekly basis.
Rates to clinicians typically rage from $36-$66+ per hour depending on current reimbursement rates.
When rates are increased, so is your payment.
What happens if a client does not show? Do I still get paid? At Paragon, we have a no show/late cancelation policy.
We do our best to minimize no shows/late cancelations through appointment text reminders and providing our policy up front verbally and in our consent for treatment.
If a client does not show for an appointment, the clinician has the option to waive the fee or charge, ensuring the clinician is paid.
Am I entitled to benefits or is this a 1099 (Independent Contractor) position? To stay true to our vision, this is an employment position.

Coordination and delivery of clinical counseling services to individual and their families in a private practice setting via in-person or HIPAA compliant telemedicine portal Opportunity to facilitate group therapy on a topic of personal interest Complete paperwork in a timely fashion Collect copays or self-pay fees Use of electronic medical record system Qualifications and Skills Master's or doctoral level position Masters Level: successful candidate must have either his/her LPC, LMHC LCSW (-R), or LMFT and be in good standing with the licensing board.
Non-licensed or LSW candidates will not be considered for this position.
Doctoral Level: successful candidates must have a doctorate in psychology (PhD or PsyD) and hold a NY or PA state license.
