Weekend Warrior Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior to join our team! The Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior is responsible to ensure that the delivery of nursing care at a facility is consistent with facility standards and established policies and procedures in two 12 hour shifts.
They will assist in the management, supervision, and direction of nursing care in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local Department of Health codes and regulations.

Supports and promotes the nursing department functions by following established policies and procedures.
Is knowledgeable and responds appropriately to nursing/facility emergencies according to established policies and procedures.
May be required to perform direct resident care duties.
Assesses and advises appropriate nursing personnel of changes in resident’s condition Enters accurate resident information in medical record chart in accordance with facility policies and procedures and Department of Health regulations Weekend Warrior Program: Two 12 hours shifts consisting of: Saturday and Sunday 6am-6pm or Friday and Saturday 6pm-6am This position supports all communities so Warriors are required to work at all three Chautauqua County facilities based on the need.
However, they will be scheduled at one community for a full 12 hour shift, the shift will not be broken up to support multiple communities.
Warriors will work 6 consecutive weekends with the 7th off (if they choose) Warriors can opt to take the 7th weekend without pay, work two days during the week for base rate of pay, or work the 7th weekend.
This is a Part time position and not eligible for benefits.
Weekend Bonus: Additional Ten dollars extra a hour! Qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in good standing in New York State.
Maintenance of licensure requirements required.
