Dental Hygienist (Part-time)

MAJOR ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: 1.
Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles 2.
Provides routine teeth cleaning and other dental hygiene services to students 3.
Prepares and sterilizes equipment 4.
Applies medications for polishing teeth and arresting dental decay 5.
Chart conditions of decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by dentist 6.
Maintains department files, order supplies, schedules appointments, and maintains student records and files in keeping with Job Corps regulations 7.
May expose, develop and mount x-ray film 8.
Provides guidance, counseling and student training on dental-related issues to students as appropriate 9.
Coordinates students’ appointments with the dentist 10.
Obtains and maintains CPR and first-aid certifications 11.
Attends required training sessions 12.
Performs other duties as assigned Job Type: Part-time Pay: $28.
