GENERAL DUTIES * Physician's Computer Company: EHR/EMR * Administers and records medication, treatments and monitoring e.
g.
glucose checks, as ordered and reports and documents resident response * Accurately transcribes physician's orders * Completes monthly summaries as scheduled * Reviews the care plan with NAs on monthly summary day and updates the care plan to reflect the resident’s current condition.
