LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

*Basic Function:* Provides professional nursing care under direction of the RN for assigned patient in the medical clinic, following established standards and practices.
*Qualifications:* Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing training program.
Must have 6 months to 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Must have current New York State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Must be able to perform required duties with limited supervision.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
