Blended Rate: *$2,700 Weekly*
Required: *RN license, MedSurg experience, BLS (Basic Life Support)*
Shift Pattern: *3x12s - 36hrs/wk | Nights.

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor and record patients' vital signs, lab values, and physiologic data
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Execute and supervise nursing care activities to ensure high quality and safe patient care
* Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and self-care techniques
* Organize and manage patients' medical records and ensure compliance with documentation standards
*Requirements:*
* Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
* BLS and ACLS certifications
* Strong clinical knowledge and skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
* Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional patient care
