Our client located near White Plains, NY is seeking *Licensed Practical Nurses* to join their growing team!
*\*Open to both experience and new grads!\**
*Nights 6PM - 6AM // Two days on // Two days off // Three days on // 84-hours biweekly pay period*
Under the direction of the RN Supervisor, the LPN carries out the medical plan of care and oversees the Nursing Assistants; care of residents and High School Students to insure that resident care is carried out in accordance with good nursing practice and applicable State and Federal regulations.
*\*Must have passion to work with and interact with residents daily!\**
* Nursing Home Experience - a plus

* BLS (AHA) - Required
* COVID Vaccine - Preferred but not required
* Must possess a current license in PA or a temporary work permit - Required at time of Interview!
* Must possess knowledge of: medical asepsis, body mechanics, personal care of residents, correct use and care of equipment, observation techniques, reporting and recording, thorough knowledge of nursing theory and it's application
* Must be willing to possess knowledge of and comply with regulations, policies, procedures, contracts and philosophy of the institution
* Must maintain a courteous and professional manner toward residents, visitors and co-workers and a dedication to meet the needs of the elderly
* Must have awareness of cost containment, utilize time fully, and properly care for equipment
* Must possess ability to accept and follow written and verbal directives
* Must utilize good communication and observation skills
