*Responsibilities:*
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with phlebotomy and other laboratory procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Assist with primary care tasks such as wound care, dressing changes, and medication management
- Provide pain management interventions as needed
- Provide specialized care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and monitoring developmental milestones
- Assist in the care of patients in the intensive care unit (ICU)
- Lift and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics

- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of [Location]
- Knowledge of medical imaging procedures and equipment
- Experience working in a medical office or clinic setting
