Registered Nurse (RN) - New Grads

*Duties:* Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
Perform physical examinations and collect patient health histories.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
