LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - LTC

Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities - Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans - Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information - Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment - Assist with procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals *Requirements:* * Nursing Home Experience - a plus * *New Grads welcome to apply* * BLS (AHA) *- Required * * COVID Vaccine *- Preferred but not required* * *Must possess a current license in PA or a temporary work permit - Required at time of Interview!* *CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS* * BLS *STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS* * Pennsylvania *ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS* * Must have Current PA license or have applied for PA license at the time of interview!
