Automotive Office Clerk

What We Offer Pay commensurate with experience & responsibility level Medical/Dental Insurance available 401(k) Plan Paid time off Paid Holidays Responsibilities This Office Clerk position will be at our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia dealership as well as serve as back up at our Chevrolet dealership.
Assist with the auto sales billing process by processing sales contract, bills of sale, DMV registration documentation and Verify entry for retail & wholesales sales.
Assist Finance with printing of contracts.
Process Finance Contract paperwork to send to lenders.
Post accounting entries related to retail and wholesale transactions.
Assist with maintaining accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information, wholesale purchase and sale information.
May assist with accounts payable/receivable.
Provide excellent customer service.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Previous auto dealership office experience is preferred but we will train the right person Must be willing to work rotating Saturdays and evenings, and last day of the month until all customers are billed Accounts Payable/Receivable experience a strong plus Critical attention to detail and organizational skill is required Must be a highly dependable, team player with a good work ethic Must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to follow established processes.
