Licensed Practical Nurse (PT)

Shift: Days, Evenings & Overnights Every other weekend 2-4 days per week Overtime (OT) over 8hrs/day and over 40 hrs/week Responsibilities: Providing excellent patient care.
Plans and manages resident care according to each individual's needs.
Take and monitor vital signs.
Medication administration.
Maintain accurate medical records.
Oversee CNA's.
Provide treatments and dressing changes as prescribed.
