Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN (Float) - Practice Management - Full Time Days The Licensed Practical Nurse administers nursing care to patients and is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the process of planning, implementation and evaluation to the ages of patients serve based on the areas of clinical practice and under the direction of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Physician.
Maintains established department policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement programs, safety, environment and infection control standards.
Adheres to the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act by ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.
This position provides nursing coverage at multiple locations throughout Foothills Medical Group.
Must be adaptable and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Active New York State LPN license.
BLS certification and valid drivers license required.
Prior experience strongly preferred.
