Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.
As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the coordination of healthcare services.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide basic bedside care and assist with activities of daily living
- Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture for laboratory testing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Assist in case management and coordination of patient care
- Provide support in critical care situations
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols
- Experience administering injections and performing phlebotomy
- Proficiency in taking vital signs accurately
- Ability to operate medical equipment, such as neonatal ventilators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in [state]
- CPR certification
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred but not required
