DAYSHIFT: A member of our Hospice interdisciplinary team, the LPN works independently while under the direction of a registered nurse.
LPN's provide high-quality general nursing and personal care for hospice patients within Warren County- which include, personal homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and the John and Orpha Blair Hospice Residence.
Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, administration, treatments, and procedures.
Proof of Covid vaccination required.
