Store Associate

Retail Sales Associate Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience Skills: - Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively - Experience in jewelry sales or a similar retail environment is preferred - Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory - Technical sales knowledge, particularly in electronics, is an asset If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a knack for sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you! *Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
