Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Laborer to join our team.
As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to taking care of plants growing in our greenhouse and nursery.
Job tasks to include planting annuals/trees/shrubs/perennials, keeping retail areas clean and stocked with plants, watering, maintaining building and grounds, and other various jobs to keep our plants growing/healthy and our greenhouse looking good.
Must have some knowledge and passion for plants and gardening.
Must have good customer service skills.
Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and Memorial Day Holiday.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working in hot and cold temperatures, heavy lifting digging/shoveling, and working with hand tools.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods of time
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating quantities
- Knowledge of gardening or landscaping techniques is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
