Liquor Store Associate

We are looking for a great candidate to join the team at Frewsburg Wine and Spirits.
A successful candidate will be passionate about wine and spirits as well as knowledgeable about the products we offer.
We're looking for someone who loves helping people and is excited to provide excellent customer service to all of our customers who visit us.
Responsibilities: * Greet customers when they come into the store.
* Call customers by their first name.
* Handle customer complaints.
* Recognize customers and make recommendations to meet their needs.
* Make recommendations about a product or service based on the customer's needs and preferences.
* Handle cash sales & prepare bank deposits.
* Take inventory.
* Proactively stock, rotate and face product, build displays as required for daily sales and to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers * General cleaning of shelves and other store areas * Operate store equipment and software (scanner, register, phone) * Comply with all NYS Liquor Laws * Lift 25lbs.
