Golf Shop Assistant/Outside Operations

Holiday Valley Resort is a four-season resort.
The 18 hole par 70 "Double Black Diamond" golf course is a pleasing blend of a mountain and flat terrain.
The relatively level front nine plays longer and is built around a series of ponds and bunkers.
The back nine winds its way through the base of the mountains and provides spectacular views.
The fairways are well manicured and narrow and this nine provides a very stern test of golf.
The greens are carefully manicured to provide a true putting surface.
The course measures 6500 yards.
The Resort also offers a Practice Facility features a 300-yard driving range including 10 covered tees and up to 50 grass tees, multiple target greens.
Experience Required Prior golf operation experience a plus, but not mandatory.
Looking for an enthusiastic, career motivated individual with a passion for golf.
Must be customer service oriented.
PGA level 1 or higher preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation based on experience.
Essential Responsibilities \* Assistant will be involve in all areas of the golf operation.
League and Tournament setup/execution.
Junior golf clinics, individual lessons & merchandising sales.
\* Leads the team of outside staff members through ideas and training alongside of the Head Golf Professional \* Helps implement new and maintains established golf shop and course policies and procedures \* Registering daily golfers, reserving tee times & golf car management \* Standard work week will consist of 45-55 hours depending upon business needs.
April - October.
