Parts and Accessory Specialist

Leisure Time Powersports is looking for an honest, hardworking individual to join us in our parts and accessories department.
Experience with powersports products is desired, but we are willing to teach the right person the duties of the position.
Key responsibilities include: Sales: Produce parts and accessories sales - that meet established sales and gross margin objectives and satisfy both internal and external customer needs Finalize parts and accessories transactions by properly closing each sale, including through the use of suggestive selling of parts and accessories that benefit the customer Successfully identify and fulfill customer needs and desires by helping them select the best parts and/or accessories solution Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner Self educate on the features and benefits of parts and accessories products and actively seek out ways to increase selling capabilities Communicate with and market to customers using multiple digital platforms.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Effectively assist the customer in making the best parts and accessories buying decisions - to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty Maintain a current knowledge base of parts and accessories to stay current on legal, safety and recall information to protect all parties Follow up with customers in a timely manner Properly demonstrate the use of parts and accessories INVENTORY SUPPORT: Professionally participate in the maintenance and selection of parts and accessories - in order to maintain an accurate, profitable and desirable inventory that meets customer needs Maintain clean, well-stocked and attractive merchandise displays Accurately account for all incoming and outgoing parts and accessories Perform physical inventory counts on a regular basis Assist in identifying the best inventory mix of parts and accessories Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.
