Credit Managers will maintain that company standard percentages are met and exceeded by completing account retention processes as scheduled.
In addition to these daily activities, may require to assist in other areas of the store (delivery, operations, or sales).
This position plays a crucial role in our company goal of product ownership through regular communication with customers to ensure they stay on track with their payments as outlined in their rental agreements.
This is a full time position Monday-Friday 830am-6pm (off Tuesdays) and Saturdays 830am-3pm (closed Sundays).
*Responsibilities:* - Call expired accounts (at least twice daily) with daily field visits - Verify all order forms and update files/rental order forms when needed - Credit letters/keeping postage stocked - Taking payments and assisting customers on the sales floor when the sales or store manager is assisting others or on the phone - General store needs consist of cleaning, running errands, and whatever the store manager requires of the position on any given day - Adhere to fair debt collection practices *Qualifications/Skills* - GED/High School Diploma - Valid and insurable drivers license - Effective communication skills with customers/co-workers (in person, by phone, digitally) - Collection of positive Google, Facebook, and other reviews - Ability to lift 50lbs at any given time - Basic computer skills - Organization - Safe driving practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
