We are seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Agent to join our team.
As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible selling insurance policies to clients.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' coverage requirements
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and claims
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies
Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of various types of insurance policies and coverage options
- Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Proficient in using sales techniques such as telemarketing, outside sales, and retail sales
- Multilingual skills are a plus
