Shift Supervisor

Title: Shift Supervisor Location: Fredonia, NY Duration: Full-Time *Job Description:* • Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws • Order materials needed for production • Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary • Oversee production and quality control • Manage daily schedules, employee shifts • Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress • Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met • Train and integrate new workers • Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed • Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed • Handle customer and employee complaints • Resolve conflicts between employees • Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance • Responsible for continuously monitoring the production activities • Oversee the work of the employees on the floor *Requirements:* • Experience working in manufacturing in a managerial role • Forklift experience required • Natural leadership abilities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Knowledge of health and safety protocols • Excellent time management skills • Ability to problem-solve • Ability to multitask • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand for extended periods of time *Thanks,* *Peter Allen* *Staffing Manager* Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.
