Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press machines to produce product according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the press machine
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Skills:
- Experience operating press machines or similar equipment
- Knowledge of lathe, caliper, and other machining tools
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
This position requires physical stamina, as it involves standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
