Responsibilities:
-Bidding of Heavy Industrial construction projects, which can include piping, structural steel, excavation, civil work, etc.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Conduct project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Track project expenses and ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
