Roofing and Siding Service Technician

Oaks Construction was founded in 2003 with the goal of providing superior construction services to homeowners throughout Rochester, NY and the surrounding communities.

Must be able to diagnose leaks and perform repairs to shingle roofs and vinyl, wood and fiber cement siding.
Knowledge of other aspects of construction are a plus.
(Interior remodeling, basic electric, plumbing, etc.

*Requirements/Qualifications:* * Ability to communicate well with customers both verbally and written.
* Construction/Roofing/Siding Experience (3+ Years).
* Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills and problem solving skills a must.
* A valid drivers' license and approved driving record for company insurance is required.
* Must be able to climb a ladder * Position requires lifting up to 80 lbs.
