We are looking for a talented Assembly Team Member – X15 Zone 1 – Cell 2 to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Jamestown, NY In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.
Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.
Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements.
Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

Experience Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Must have Assembly experience.
Low Defect Operator.
Willing to work as a team to accomplish team goals.
Willing to help improve Cell efficiencies.
Be always professional and set an example of the Cummins Behaviors.
Fillin as a Cell Leader when needed.
