Working Hours: Mon – Thu, 3:30pm – 2:00am

Overall Focus:
The PDU Mixer is a semi-skilled production laborer position who is responsible for the following duties.
Must be able to sort, arrange and keep track of batches of molded product and at times help Cure Room Attendants stage product correctly in the cure room(s).
The PDU Mixer must be able to learn and build on mechanical aptitude and skill set.
Responsible for on the job preventative maintenance and production adjustments on PDU mixing equipment.
Purge and clean supply lines and valves on the PDU mixing equipment and related machinery.
The PDU Mixer must have the ability to work and communicate well with others in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
The PDU Mixer uses handheld scanners to count and track raw materials.
The PDU Mixer must be able to read and follow instruction.
Responsible for properly weighing raw materials, carrying those materials (sometimes with the aid of a rolling safety step ladder) and introducing them into the PDU mixing system.
The PDU Mixer times and dispenses mixed liquid batches accurately.
The PDU Operator must be able to fill out paperwork properly including various forms and Logs.
The PDU Operator must have an eye for detail and be able to discern defects and abnormalities when working with molded products.
All employees shall perform as directed by their supervisor or management team.

over their head • Pull/Maneuver pallet jack with up to 2,000 pound loads • Carry items of up to 50 pounds in weight from one place to another • Stack up to 50 pounds repetitiously • Must be able to work with Soy • Must be able to distinguish colors
